This community planning effort will set out to realize the transformation of Rosslyn into one of our region’s great urban centers that features a vibrant mix of housing, retail, office, and public space. The results will provide a refined community vision and planning and implementation framework to help Rosslyn reach its full potential as a distinctive urban place.
